Fresh Falafel in the Ruins of Raqqa

After the end of the intense fighting around the Syrian Raqqa, people are returning to the city - and with them, Raqqa is slowly coming back to life: an established snack bar is selling falafel again, people are renovating their houses and apartments. However, there is no running water or electricity, and the winter temperatures are affecting the people.
