EU reaches agreement on asylum crisis regulation

An agreement has apparently been reached in the dispute over the EU's planned asylum crisis regulation. The regulation provides for stricter measures in the event of an impending overload of member states. Part of the asylum package is also a distribution of migrants in Europe.
