EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen condemned Russia's "brutal war" against Ukraine during a visit with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Estonia for Independence Day. President Vladimir Putin has "not achieved any of his strategic goals," she said in Tallinn.
