Workers escape as fire rips through nickel factory tower in Indonesia

An explosion at a nickel factory in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia on October 12 caused a massive fire to rip through one of the facility's towers. Three people were injured. Authorities say the explosion was caused by sparks from welding activity at the top of the tower's chimney accidentally coming into contact with a fiberglass tank containing chemicals.
