EU 'regrets' China tariff threat on European brandy exporters

A European Commission spokesman says the EU "regrets China's decision" to impose anti-dumping taxes of up to 34.9 percent on major European brandy exporters from Saturday unless they raise prices. "We believe that China's measures are unfair. We believe they are unjustified.
