Charles III: Warm-hearted monarch - but no reformer

Friday marks the first anniversary of the death of Queen Elizabeth II and thus the assumption of the throne by her son Charles. After 70 years as heir to the throne, the new monarch slipped into his new role seemingly effortlessly. However, the reforms in the royal house that were actually expected of him have so far failed to materialize.
