Michelin launches the 2019 edition of its famous guide to French restaurants, awarding top honors to French chef Laurent Petit and Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco. A record 75 restaurants have earned new spots in the one, two or three star rankings for this year. IMAGES of the awards
